fix(zoo-explorer): keep the Zoo EVM path — C-Chain is Lux's, not Zoo's

The previous commit fixed the namespace half of the rpcEndpoint and then
overreached: it also swapped the path to /ext/bc/C/rpc because that is
what answered eth_chainId on the devnet validator. It answers 0x17872
(96370) — the Lux devnet C-Chain. C-Chain is Lux Network's primary EVM
and nothing else uses it, so pointing Zoo's explorer at it would have
made the Zoo devnet explorer index Lux blocks and call them Zoo's.

platform.getBlockchains on zoo-chain-0 lists only the Lux primary
chains (K/G/A/Z/Q/T/B/D/C/X) — there is no Zoo EVM there, and ZooChain
zoo-evm on devnet carries no blockchainId. So the honest state is: the
devnet Zoo EVM was never created, the explorer has nothing to index, and
no RPC path can change that. Keep the Zoo-EVM path and say so.
