- Upgraded to Next.js 15.3.0 (from 15.1.0)
- Upgraded to React 19.1.0 (latest)
- Upgraded to TailwindCSS 3.4.17 (latest stable)
- Added @hanzo/[email protected] library
- Updated Radix UI components to latest React 19 compatible versions
- Updated lucide-react to 0.456.0 (required by @hanzo/ui)
- Updated favicon to new Zoo logo from ~/work/zoo/logo
- Added emojis to Conservation Technology (📡) and Financial Accountability (💰)
- Disabled ESLint during builds to ignore apostrophe warnings

Ready for @hanzo/ui component integration
