Next 15.5.22 reads tsconfig paths and typechecks through the TypeScript
JavaScript compiler API. TS 7's native compiler does not expose it, so
`next dev` refused to start, `next build` could not resolve the `@/*`
alias declared in tsconfig.json, and next.config.ts failed to load at all
(the comment in next.config.mjs records the third symptom).

6.0.3 is the newest release Next can drive. Dev server, build and alias
resolution all come back with it.
