zeekayandHanzo Dev bbc036c19d refactor(market): name the "needs a chain read" predicate once ...

The hook decided whether to make a request and the read decided which rows to
ask about, and both spelled the same question out for themselves. `unnamed`
answers it in one place, so the two cannot drift apart.
